Company's Here Peanut Butter Cookies

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup brown sugar (or 1/2 cup & 1/2 cup brown)
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 mix all ingredients together in bowl.
• 3 lightly spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
• 4 roll mixture into a log aprox 2 in diameter.
• 5 slice into 1/4 inch slices.
• 6 place slices onto cookie sheet.
• 7 bake for 5-8 minutes, they will be soft.
• 8 stand on sheet for 5 minutes before lifting off.
