- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon nonfat milk
- 1/3 cup frozen fat-free whipped topping
- 2 whole apples or 2 whole pears
Recipe
- 1 thaw whipped topping.
- 2 wash and cut fruit into wedges.
- 3 in a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter and milk until combined.
- 4 fold in ,gently ,the whipped dessert topping leaving some streaks of whipped topping uncombined.
- 5 place in serving container.
