- 30 ritz crackers
- 1 cucumber, cut into 30 thin slices, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons asian dressing sesame with ginger
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped honey roasted dry roasted peanuts
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken into 30 pieces.
- 2 top crackers with cucumber and chicken.
- 3 drizzle with dressing.
- 4 top with remaining ingredients.
