- 6 quarts popped corn
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 bring sugar, butter, syrup, and salt to a boil. boil for 5 minutes.
- 2 remove from heat and add baking soda. stir well and add peanuts.
- 3 pour onto two large cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
