Chicken Won Tons With Hoisin-peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- peanut oil
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage (prepackaged)
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch

- 1 won tons:.
- 2 pour peanut oil to a depth of 3 inches into a large dutch oven; heat to 375 f (about 25 minutes).
