Ingredients

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup honey (optional)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup carob chips
Recipe
- 1 mix the dry ingredients.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients and mix quickly.
- 3 bake in a greased ring mold at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- 4 drizzle melted carob over cake when cooled. store in the refrigerator.
