Ingredients

- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 6 ounces chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (15 ounce) package oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups spanish peanuts
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
Recipe
- 1 combine confec.
- 2 sugar, evap.
- 3 milk, choc.
- 4 chips and 1/2 c.
- 5 butter.
- 6 boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 7 add vanilla and cool.
- 8 combine crushed cookies and 1/2 c.
- 9 melted butter.
- 10 pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- 11 freeze until firm.
- 12 sprinkle peanuts over cookie crust.
- 13 spread softened ice cream over peanuts and cover with cooled chocolate mixture.
- 14 freeze until ready to serve.
