Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (24 squares)
  • 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 16 ounces whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine crumbs and nuts in a bowl. stir in butter and peanut butter, mix well. set aside 1/2 c for topping. press the rest into greased 13 x 9 pan or 10" springform pan. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 2 in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. beat in sugar and vanilla. fold in whipped cream. spoon over crust. sprinkle with crumbs. cover and freeze up to 3 months. remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
