Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (24 squares)
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 16 ounces whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 combine crumbs and nuts in a bowl. stir in butter and peanut butter, mix well. set aside 1/2 c for topping. press the rest into greased 13 x 9 pan or 10" springform pan. cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 2 in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. beat in sugar and vanilla. fold in whipped cream. spoon over crust. sprinkle with crumbs. cover and freeze up to 3 months. remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
