Creamy Peanut Chicken

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- roasted peanuts
- green onion (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and pineapple juice.
- 2 dredge chicken in flour, salt, and pepper.
- 3 marinate chicken in soy sauce mixture for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- 4 stir fry chicken in wok and remove from pan.
- 5 combine butter and flour and cook in wok until bubbly.
- 6 add stock and cook until the mixture thickens.
- 7 add cream and peanut butter; stir until peanut butter melts.
- 8 top chicken with peanut sauce and garnish with peanuts and onions.
