oatmeal peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup grated carrots

  • combine rice and water in a medium saucepan. bring to a boil over high heat. reduce heat to low, cover with lid, and allow to steam until tender, about 20 minutes.

  • 8 ounces udon noodles
