peanut butter pie xii

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
  • 1 (8 ounce) package neufchatel cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Recipe

  • in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. beat in sugar and peanut butter until mixture is smooth. mix in milk, then fold in whipped topping.
  • spoon mixture into chocolate crust. cover and freeze until firm.
