- 6 lamb chops
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops in oil; remove from pan.
- 2 put peanut butter and soup in pan and heat, adding water gradually; stir until smooth.
- 3 add lamb chops back to pan and add onion; bring to a boil.
- 4 reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes.
- 5 serve with rice.
