Beautiful Buckeyes

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 lbs confectioners' sugar
• 2 cups creamy peanut butter
• 1 lb margarine or 1 lb butter, softened
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 (12 ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 in a bowl cream butter, peanut butter and vanilla.
• 2 beat in sugar.
• 3 roll mix into small balls and place on wax paper.
• 4 refrigerate at least 1 hour.
• 5 melt chocolate chips.
• 6 using a round tipped toothpick dip peanut butter balls into chocolate. leaving a small area of peanut butter exposed.
• 7 cool in refrigerator.
