Banana Bread (low Fat, Low Sugar, Whole Wheat)

Ingredients

- 2 large bananas, over-ripe
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs and applesauce.
- 3 add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and flours.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 grease a bread pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
- 6 bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
- 7 serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!
