Banana Bread (low Fat, Low Sugar, Whole Wheat)

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 large bananas, over-ripe
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with eggs and applesauce.
  • 3 add in the baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar and flours.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 grease a bread pan with cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pan.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  • 7 serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!
