paleo no-bake chickpea cookie dough

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • blend chickpeas, peanut butter, agave nectar, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth; transfer dough to a bowl. fold chocolate chips into dough.
