A Man's Meal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup favourite milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 50 g spinach

Recipe

  • 1 place all the above ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 process until smooth.
