(customizable) Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/3 cup steel cut oats
  • 2/3 cup milk (whole, skim, almond, rice, coconut...)
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1/2 banana (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed (optional)
  • 1/4 cup coconut, shavings (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate shavings (optional)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (optional) or 1/4 cup almond butter (optional)
  • 1/4 cup nutella (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cranberries (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs (optional)
  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (optional)
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted peanuts (optional)
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1/3 cup cashews (optional)
  • raspberries (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix desired ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 place in an airtight container.
  • 3 refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
