No-bake Oatmeal Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/3 cup raw sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1/3 cup skim milk

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • mix oats, chocolate chips, sunflower seed kernels, cranberries, protein powder, peanut butter, flax seed, and honey together in a large bowl using your hands to assure ingredients are well integrated.
  • stir milk into the oats mixture with a spoon until the mixture is even in texture; divide and shape mixture into 10 balls.
