Bean Pate

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 (400 g) can butter beans, drained

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and fry for 3-5 minutes until soft.
  • 2 add the remaining ingredients to the onion mixture and mash everything together with a fork. spoon into a dish and chill before serving.
