Chinese Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 ounce) packages butterscotch chips
  • 1 (5 ounce) package crunchy chinese noodles
  • 7 ounces salted peanuts

Recipe

  • 1 melt butterscotch chips in heavy saucepan over low heat.
  • 2 fold in peanuts and chinese noodles until coated.
  • 3 drop by tablespoon onto waxed paper.
  • 4 let stand in cool place until firm.
