Burmese Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
- 16 large shrimp, peeled (prawns)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- thin bamboo skewer
Recipe
- 1 dust the shrimps with mixed salt, turmeric and chili powder.
- 2 bend shrimps into a half circle and thread on skewer through top and tail to keep this shape.
- 3 put four shrimps on each skewer.
- 4 shallow fry skewered shrimps until golden.
- 5 serve immediately.
