Chicken In Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 10 3/4 ounces low-fat cream of chicken soup
- 3 tablespoons reduced-fat crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Recipe
- 1 place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
- 2 with a meat mallet , pound to a 1/4-inch thickness.
- 3 in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook chickem 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.
