Chocolate Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup miniature m&m baking bits (or mini chocolate chips)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients. refrigerate dough for 1 hour and roll into 1-inch balls. measure out by teaspoon and scoop into individual muffin cups for individual servings.
