- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup miniature m&m baking bits (or mini chocolate chips)
- 1/4 cup cocoa (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients. refrigerate dough for 1 hour and roll into 1-inch balls. measure out by teaspoon and scoop into individual muffin cups for individual servings.
