Caramel Apple Dessert Pizza

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed or 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (your choice, to desired taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 granny smith apples
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling
  • 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping, softened enough to drizzle
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
