- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 cook the broccoli in boiling salted water until tender, about 2 minutes; drain.
- 2 blend the remaining ingredients together until smooth.
- 3 toss with the broccoli and serve.
