Au Naturale Energy Bites

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup dry milk
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • 2 press mixture into a buttered pan or roll into a log. wrap and chill.
  • 3 slice into bars or rounds.
  • 4 store in an airtight container.
