Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- 2 press mixture into a buttered pan or roll into a log. wrap and chill.
- 3 slice into bars or rounds.
- 4 store in an airtight container.
