Chocolate Snowswirl Fudge

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine, divided
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (i use peanuts)
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, vanilla and salt.
  • 2 remove from heat; stir in nuts.
  • 3 spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan.
  • 4 melt marshmallows with remaining 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine.
  • 5 spread on top of fudge.
  • 6 with table knife or metal spatula, swirl through top of fudge.
  • 7 chill at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • 8 turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
  • 9 store loosely covered at room temperature.
