Berry Peanut Butter Smoothie

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • 4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 for a thicker drink add 2-3 ice cubes.
  • 4 enjoy!
