Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
- 4 ounces low-fat blueberry yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend until smooth.
- 3 for a thicker drink add 2-3 ice cubes.
- 4 enjoy!
