Cherry Mash Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Servings: 12-13
- 2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups maraschino cherries, chopped
- 1 cup peanuts, chopped
Recipe
- in a small bowl, combine the crushed chocolate wafers and melted butter; mix well.
- press onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
- cool on a wire rack.
- in a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and flour until smooth.
- add eggs, sour cream and vanilla; beat on low speed just until combined.
- stir in chocolate chips, maraschino cherries, and chopped peanuts.
- pour into crust.
- bake at 325 degrees fahrenheit for 1 hour or until center is almost set.
- cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
- carefully run a knife around the edge of spring form pan to loosen.
- cool for 1 hour longer.
- refrigerate overnight.
- remove side of pan.
- refrigerate any leftovers.
