Chocolate Scotcheroos

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice krispies
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar and syrup and bring mixture to a boil.
  • 2 blend in peanut butter.
  • 3 blend in rice crispies.
  • 4 spread into 13" by 9" buttered pan.
  • 5 melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over a double boiler or in microwave.
  • 6 spread melted mixture over ingredients in pan.
  • 7 let cool until chocolate has hardened.
