Buster Bar Dessert

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (15 ounce) package oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups spanish peanuts
  • 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

Recipe

  • 1 combine confec.
  • 2 sugar, evap.
  • 3 milk, choc.
  • 4 chips and 1/2 c.
  • 5 butter.
  • 6 boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 7 add vanilla and cool.
  • 8 combine crushed cookies and 1/2 c.
  • 9 melted butter.
  • 10 pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • 11 freeze until firm.
  • 12 sprinkle peanuts over cookie crust.
  • 13 spread softened ice cream over peanuts and cover with cooled chocolate mixture.
  • 14 freeze until ready to serve.
