Ingredients

- 1 (5 ounce) can chunk canned chicken, breast, drained and flaked (you might try tuna)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup salad dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts
- salt and pepper
- 2 ice cream cones
- lettuce leaf
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients. season to taste.
- 2 line cones with lettuce, and spoon in filling.
- 3 enjoy!
