- 1/3 cup dry oatmeal
- 2/3 cup water or 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon natural almond butter or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon flax seed
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ
- 1/2 cup ice cube
