Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (10 ounce) package peanut butter morsels
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 3 ingredients in a large, heavy saucepan.
  • 2 bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  • 3 cover and cook 3 minutes without stirring; uncover and boil 5 minutes (do not stir).
  • 4 remove from heat; add morsels, stirring until morsels melt.
  • 5 stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla.
  • 6 pour into a buttered 13x9 inch pan.
  • 7 place in freezer for 10 minutes or let cool at room temperature.
