Diet -- Chewy Crunchy Snack Bars

Total Time: 31 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup rice krispies
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 measure honey and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl.
  • 2 heat in microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • 3 stir in protein powder.
  • 4 add the remainder of the dry ingredients mixing thoroughly.
  • 5 spread into wax paper lined square baking dish.
  • 6 refrigerate 20-30 minutes before cutting into 8 equal sized bars.
  • 7 store in refrigerator.
