Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup rice krispies
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
Recipe
- 1 measure honey and peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl.
- 2 heat in microwave for about 30 seconds.
- 3 stir in protein powder.
- 4 add the remainder of the dry ingredients mixing thoroughly.
- 5 spread into wax paper lined square baking dish.
- 6 refrigerate 20-30 minutes before cutting into 8 equal sized bars.
- 7 store in refrigerator.
