Chocolate-peanut Butter Casserole

- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate piece
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons crumbled chocolate-covered graham cracker cookies

Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and baking powder.
- 2 add milk, oil, and vanilla.
