Chocolate-peanut Butter Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar, divided
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate piece
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled chocolate-covered graham cracker cookies
  • whipped cream

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl, combine flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and baking powder.
