Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup special k cereal
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups package dark chocolate chips (optional)
Recipe
- 1 spray 9" x 13" pan with non-stick spray.
- 2 mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3 bring the first four sauce ingredients to a boil and cook for an additional two minutes.
- 4 stir 1/2 cup peanut butter into sauce mixture.
- 5 mix dry ingredients and sauce until well blended.
- 6 press firmly into prepared pan.
- 7 melt one bag dark chocolate chips and spread over bars.
- 8 cut bars after they have cooled.
