Ingredients

- 4 medium cucumbers, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped peanuts
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 in lg bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.
- 2 mix well and chill for 15 minutes.
- 3 add peanuts and red pepper flakes.
- 4 toss well.
