Diet Breakfast Bar

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 ounce sugar-free hot cocoa mix
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3/4 ounce quick-cooking oatmeal (3 soup spoons)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons water or 2 tablespoons coffee

Recipe

  • 1 mix all together and press flat in ziplock bag and freeze.
