Asian Beef "spring Rolls"

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup kraft asian toasted sesame dressing, divided
  • 2 carrots, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 8 large iceberg lettuce leaves

Recipe

  • 1 brown meat in large skillet, transfer to plate.
  • 2 heat 1 tablespoon dressing in same skillet on medium-high heat. add carrots; cook and stir 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. stir in remaining dressing, meat and peanut butter; cook 2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 spoon onto lettuce; roll up.
  • 4 kitchen tips:.
  • 5 serving suggestion: mix additional 1/4 cup dressing and 2 tablespoons peanut butter with 1 tablespoon water. serve with the "spring rolls".
  • 6 special extra: for added flavor, season the meat with 1/2 teaspoon each crushed red pepper and grated gingerroot before browning.
