Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb sliced sirloin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup julienne carrot
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 heat sesame oil in a wok or skillet.
- 2 add carrots and garlic until steak is cooked well.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients except the green onions.
- 4 stir well and heat until sauce is reduced by 50%--about 5 minutes.
- 5 add the sirloin and cook just until cooked, not too long or the meat with get tough.
- 6 serve with rice and the green onions.
