Banana Cream Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb peanut butter sandwich cookie
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Recipe

• 1 make a crumb crust by putting the peanut butter sandwich cookies and salt into a blender, whirl until you have crumbs and drizzle in 2 t unsalted butter, melted. press into pie pan sprayed with nonstick spray. quarter 3 ripe, firm bananas instead of slicing (less surface to discolor), lay in bottom of crust and pour in filling. bake according to directions.
