Bev's Chewy Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• 48 hershey chocolate kisses
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 2 cups biscuit mix
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup sugar, approximately

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 375°f
• 2 remove wrappers from chocolate pieces.
• 3 beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in large bowl until smooth.
• 4 add baking mix and vanilla; blend well.
• 5 shape into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar.
• 6 place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
• 7 bake 6 to 8 minutes or until very lightly browned (do not overbake).
• 8 remove from oven; immediately press chocolate piece in center of each ball.
• 9 remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
• 10 cool completely.
• 11 store in tightly covered container.
