Coconut Chutney

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
  • 3 teaspoons peanuts (or peanut butter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon tamarind pulp

Recipe

  • 1 grind all ingrediants, except mustard seeds, together with a little water to moisten mix.
  • 2 in one tablespoon of hot oil in frying pan add mustard seed till they pop. add to ground mix.
