Ingredients
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
Recipe
- 1 melt chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.
- 2 stir in peanuts and coconut.
- 3 drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper lined tray.
- 4 refrigerate until firm.
