Coconut Date Granola Bars

Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup honey
- 8 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 mix together the oats,flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 3 in a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, oil, and honey.
- 4 pour the oat mixture in and mix until evenly distributed.
- 5 one at a time, mix in the dates, coconut, walnuts, and raisins.
- 6 pour the mixture into two greased 9x5 inch pans and bake for 25 minutes.
- 7 allow them to cool completely before cutting into bars.
