Coconut Date Granola Bars

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 8 dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 mix together the oats,flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • 3 in a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, oil, and honey.
  • 4 pour the oat mixture in and mix until evenly distributed.
  • 5 one at a time, mix in the dates, coconut, walnuts, and raisins.
  • 6 pour the mixture into two greased 9x5 inch pans and bake for 25 minutes.
  • 7 allow them to cool completely before cutting into bars.
