Coconut Oil (no Corn Syrup) Granola Bars

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seed

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium sized saucepan, melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.
  • 2 remove from heat and add one cup of oats, unsweetened coconut, raisins, sesame seeds and flax seeds.
  • 3 stir well.
  • 4 spread into 8 1/2" x 11" pan.
  • 5 chill for two hours, then cut into bars.
