Dark Chocolate Protein Bars

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup almonds

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a food processor, blend until a ball forms. spread on a baking pan.
  • 2 bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 3 let cool, cut in to bars.
  • 4 great if frozen!
