Amazing Apple Pizza

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

• 2 -3 apples
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1 -2 teaspoon vanilla
• sugar cookie dough
• caramel topping
• peanuts
• cinnamon
• 1 -8 ounce cream cheese

Recipe

• 1 1. spread cookie dough onto pizza pan and bake as directed.
• 2 2. beat cream cheese, vanilla and peanut butter together and spread over cookie dough.
• 3 3. cut up apples and sprinkle over cookie
• 4 4. sprinkle cinnamon.
• 5 5. sprinkle with peanuts (i love to put sweet and cruchny dry roasted peanuts on -- great touch!).
• 6 6. drizzle with carmel topping.
• 7 to die for!
